Ludolfs Insolvenzverwalter

Lawyer Sebastian Ludolfs has been appointed as an insolvency administrator in Walsrode, Hanover, Celle, Uelzen, Verden and Stendal since October 2005. The insolvency department initially formed part of Winkel, Buhrfeind & Partner and later became the independent firm Ludolfs Insolvenzverwalter following sustained growth.

Its separation from Winkel, Buhrfeind & Partner was a logical step towards further specialisation and professionalisation, not least because of the independence and complexity of insolvency law. Winkel, Buhrfeind & Partner, with its eight professionals, remains a cooperation partner in all areas of legal practice.

Today, our firm employs 12 members of staff, including lawyers, tax advisers, qualified legal and notarial assistants, tax specialists, banking professionals and office administrators.

As early as 2007, we decided to introduce a process management system in our firm to continually improve the quality of our daily work. We were supported by DQS, the German Association for Certification. In November 2008, our firm successfully achieved DIN ISO 9001 certification. Going beyond the requirements of DIN ISO 9001, we decided to obtain an additional certification that reflects the particular features of insolvency proceedings, and also achieved InsO 9001 certification. The Association of Insolvency Administrators of Germany, the country's largest self-governing body for insolvency administrators, has since decided that insolvency administrators wishing to meet the association's high quality standards must undergo further certification. In addition to our current ISO 9001:2015 certification, incorporating the VID's professional principles and the fundamental decisions of the Uhlenbruck Commission, we have therefore also been certified in accordance with the principles of proper insolvency administration. We are very proud of this special mark of quality.
