It has enabled the practice established in 1993 as Diem & Partner Rechtsanwälte to develop into a nationally and internationally recognised firm for commercial legal advice and representation, with offices in Germany, France and Turkey.

Since 2017, lawyer Diem and two other lawyers, both of whom have many years of professional experience in major international companies, have focused DIEM RECHTSANWÄLTE exclusively on national and international corporate and commercial law.

With our current structure, we deliberately offer an alternative to the trend towards ever larger law firms. By focusing on entrepreneurial personalities who value the advice of our professionally and personally experienced lawyers in complex factual and legal situations, we can work with a small number of carefully selected professionals.

Nevertheless, we provide comprehensive advice in our fields and integrate our services into interdisciplinary work with tax advisers, auditors and management consultants, preferably from the renowned Advoselect network.
