From 25 to 27 April 2024, the meeting in Hamburg focused on People & Culture. Members and international guests gathered at host firm Dierkes Partner’s offices in the Chilehaus to discuss strategies for recruiting, retaining and developing staff, and to share best practice.
The Europa Café Advoselect workshop was moderated by Kai Hinrichsen and Tina Reichelt, who shared practical ideas for employer branding and modern people strategies. Other sessions included presentations on Advoselect Next Level and Current Developments in Company Law with Prof. Dr Jan Lieder, LL.M. (Harvard), as well as the General Meeting of Advoselect e.V. and the Annual General Meeting of Advoselect Service AG.
The event opened with a get-together at the Chilliclub, complemented by a boat tour through the Speicherstadt warehouse district and harbour, followed by dinner together at the Hafen-Klub, all offering ideal opportunities for personal conversation.
The Hamburg 2024 meeting strengthened the network professionally and culturally, provided practical ideas for modern people strategies and encouraged in-depth exchange between member firms.
