The attachment-free limits of employment income according to § 850c ZPO increase on 01.07.2023. The Federal Law Gazette of 20.03.2023 published:
From 01.07.2023, the unseizable amounts shall amount to:
- Section 850c para. 1 No 1 ZPO1.402,28 € (previously 1,330,16 €) monthly,
- Section 850c para. 2 first sentence ZPO: €527.76 (previously €500.62) monthly,
- Section 850c para. 2nd sentence ZPO: € 294,02 (previously € 278,90) monthly,
- Section 850c para. 3, third sentence ZPO: € 4,298.81 (previously € 4,077.72) monthly.
The tables are printed in the Federal Law Gazette of 20.03.2023. The new attachment exemption limits apply from 1 July 2023 until 30 June 2024.
